6 TBSP Sugar
Zest one lemon
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
2 eggs
3 cups all purpose flour
1 TBSP baking powder
1/3 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup frozen fruit
Combine zest & sugar
Add butter and cream
Add eggs one at a time
Add buttermilk
Combine baking powder, cinnamon & flour
Remove 2 TBSP of dry to a bowl
Toss frozen fruit in bowl to coat
Combone dry & wet by folding
Incorporate fruit in quarters
Shape dough & chill for 30m
Oven at 350
Bake 15-20m
